Lightweight: The most obvious benefit of the Trangia, is it's weight - or lack of it. At only 108g, you’ll barely notice that it’s in your pack leaving more room for other things.

Small and Compact: Like I mentioned above, it's small, about the same width as a tennis ball, if you can't fit that in your pocket - you need bigger pockets!

Robust and Reliable: I tested this by standing on one (I’m 6ft 4in and around 255lbs/115kg) - not a scratch or a dent. Even if you did bend it, it’ll still work.

Very Quiet: If you're the type who likes to leave no trace and disturb your surroundings (and others) as little as possible, then the Trangia fits the bill. They make very little noise and unlike some gas stoves if you're set on whipping up a hot chocolate in the middle of the night, you won't wake anyone.
