The Wright Bushcraft Knife is a beautiful, powerful knife that stands shoulder to shoulder with the best bushcraft knives in the UK. Each of our customers has been delightfully stunned by its beauty and usability. Every bushcrafter should have one of these in their kit.

Each Wright Bushcraft Knife is individually handmade by Michael Harrison at A. Wright & Son Limited in Sheffield, UK. Each knife takes roughly 3-4 weeks to be made as they are handmade to order.

This bushcraft knife is virtually bombproof and is tough enough for heavy work like batoning, yet sharp enough to shave the hairs from your arm!

The Wright Bushcraft knife has the trusted Scandinavian grind, so keeping the knife razor sharp takes only a few minutes.

The handle is made from rich Rosewood, and is shaped to give the best possible control over your knife. The handle needs little maintenance and only need a quick clean when dirty and needs be oiled only very occasionally.

The knife comes in a sturdy brown leather sheath and is supplied with a high-quality, oak handled FireSteel (optional) which will throw of hot sparks (3000 degrees!) and will last for over 12,000 strikes.

The blade is made from 4.5mm thick 01 carbon tool steel (razor sharp) and is 100mm (4”) long. The knife weighs 240g and is a tough piece of steel.

All things considered, this brilliant handmade Sheffield-made bushcraft knife is an asset to any bushcrafter’s kit. The knife will last a lifetime and you probably hand it down to you kids in almost perfect condition (if well-looked after of course). As it’s a natural product, the handle grains will differ on each knife.
